Andon - Notification of production problems

Andon is a lean management method for visually indicating or reporting production problems so that other members of the production team are informed and help is sought from those involved to prevent or reduce downtime and production losses on a production machine, production line or throughout the supply chain.

Performance Management

You can continuously improve your operational effectiveness by monitoring KPIs (OEE/OLE) and root cause analysis of production losses by collecting utilization and production data from production lines and workstations. Evaluate and analyze performance by location, interval and product with a dashboard for various KPIs.

Work Order Management

Work Order Assignment - Allows you to automatically assign work orders to lines, optimize overall line performance and minimize changeovers within the same shift by assigning work orders based on capacity and best line output (OEE/OLE) for the specified product.

Localization

The graphical user interface and messages are available in English. Additional translations of the user interface can be added by uploading a .csv file.

Interfaces

You can integrate external devices and systems via standard interfaces (OPC, SQL), in addition to the native drivers for industrial TCP/IP protocols, e-mail servers (SMTP), RFID card readers (user authentication), PLCs and automation devices, barcode readers can be connected
