SCADA software for industrial plant supervision
Centralize the control, supervision and analysis of your equipment with our SCADA solution. Discover how to optimize your operations with a scalable, secure system that complies with industry standards.
What is SCADA?
SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is an industrial supervision system that collects, analyzes and controls data from a production process in real time. It gathers field measurements, triggers alerts, displays critical parameters in HMI software and enables operators to control equipment remotely, from a control room or locally. A true workshop control tower, SCADA ensures complete control of processes, improving responsiveness, safety and traceability. Integrated into any industrial supervision project, it optimizes performance while reducing downtime.
Gain visibility over your industrial operations with our SCADA software
Thanks to AVEVA supervision, we have complete visibility of the sorting system and all the data relating to each piece of equipment. We use AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA OMI to manage the entire installation.

Everything you need to know before launching your SCADA project
What is SCADA software?
SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) software enables real-time supervision of industrial or technical installations. It collects, visualizes and historizes data from field equipment (sensors, PLCs, etc.), while enabling operators to control processes remotely. SCADA software facilitates anomaly detection, performance optimization and rapid decision-making, thanks to intuitive graphical interfaces and advanced analysis and automation functions.
What's the difference between SCADA and HMI?
The HMI (Human Machine Interface) is the graphical interface used by an operator to interact with a machine or process. It enables local data to be displayed and equipment to be controlled. SCADA, on the other hand, is a more comprehensive system. It centralizes the supervision of several pieces of equipment or sites, collects and logs data, enables remote control, integrates alarms and offers advanced analyses. In short, the HMI is a local component of a system, while the SCADA supervises the whole on a larger scale.
How to successfully integrate a SCADA system?
To successfully integrate a SCADA system, several key steps must be taken:
1/ Define your industrial needs: identify the processes to be supervised, the data to be collected and the users concerned.
2/ Choose the right solution: opt for SCADA software that is scalable, compatible with your equipment, secure and easy to maintain.
3/ Rely on a certified integrator: an expert will be able to configure and deploy the solution, ensuring system reliability, performance and cybersecurity.
4/ Train your teams: getting to grips with supervision tools is essential if you are to exploit the full potential of SCADA.
5/ Plan for scalability: anticipate future extensions (new sites, equipment, functionalities) right from the design stage.
